The heads equipped with grooved rollers with, enable the extrusion of a wide range of dough textures, among which we can mention the Russian biscuits "prianiki" whose dough is very difficult to be treated.
Thanks to the wide range of accessories, customers can produce biscuits with three colours, filled biscuits, wire cut and twist-shaped biscuits, fig-bars.
Decoration devices and/or movable tables are available in order of giving a high level of personalization
